1. Placing Orders & COD Rules (CRITICAL)
- Binding Agreement: Placing any order (COD or paid) is a legally binding commitment. You confirm you will receive and pay for the product.
- Cancellation after Dispatch: If you cancel after the parcel is shipped, or refuse delivery without valid reason, you must pay the two-way delivery charge + packaging fee as a penalty.
- Blacklisting: Failure to pay the penalty will result in your Name, Phone, and Address being reported to national e-commerce seller blacklist groups, preventing you from ordering from other shops. Legal action (Consumer Rights Act) may also be taken.
- Fake Orders: Placing fake or prank orders is a punishable offense. We will report you and take legal measures.
- Order Confirmation Call: We may call you to verify your order. Please answer. If 3 attempts fail, the order may be cancelled.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim any issue (damaged, wrong, missing item), an unboxing video is absolutely required. No exceptions.
- Must start recording before opening the intact package.
- Must be continuous — no cuts, no pauses, no edits.
- Shipping label must be clearly visible at the start.
- Without a valid video, NO claim will be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Payment Policy
- bKash / Nagad (Manual): Send the exact amount to our number shown at checkout. Enter your Sender Number and Transaction ID (TrxID). Orders are verified manually. Using a wrong number or wrong amount — contact us immediately, otherwise the order is void.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the delivery rider when you receive the product. You must pay the exact amount shown. Refusing to pay after receiving = legal action.
- Online Gateway: You will be redirected to a secure payment page. After payment, you are returned automatically. Transaction IDs are verified — duplicate TrxIDs are blocked.
- Advance Payment: Some orders require an advance (shown during checkout). The remainder is paid on delivery.
- Crypto (International Only): For international customers only. Crypto is legally restricted in Bangladesh. BD users transact entirely at their own legal risk. We hold zero liability.
⚠️ Incorrect / Wrong Payments
If you send money to a wrong number or wrong amount and do not contact support immediately, the order and refund will not be valid. Always double-check before sending.
4. Refund, Return & Exchange
- Customized Products: Zero refunds. Customized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
- Color Variation: Slight color differences due to screen/camera are normal — not a valid return reason.
- Size Variation: Up to 0.5–1 inch variation is industry standard — not a valid return reason.
- Wrong Size (Your Mistake): Exchange allowed but you pay both-way shipping.
- Defective / Wrong Item: Valid claim only with unboxing video. We will replace or refund.
💰 Refund Calculation — Strict Deduction Rule
For ALL refund types: Delivery charge + Packaging cost are deducted first from your paid amount. Remaining balance is refunded via your chosen method below.
- Option 1 – Store Voucher: Remaining amount + 5% bonus (max ৳150 bonus). Best value option.
- Option 2 – Cash Refund: 90% of remaining balance sent to your bKash/Nagad.
- Option 3 – 50/50: 50% cash + 50% store voucher.
5. Delivery Policy
- Delivery charges are calculated by district/zone and shown before you place the order.
- Delivery time: Inside Dhaka 1–3 days, Outside Dhaka 3–7 days (approx).
- Delivery is done via third-party courier. We are not responsible for courier delays.
- Pickup: If "Pickup from Store" is available, you can collect in person — no delivery charge applies.
- Ensure your address and phone number are correct. Wrong address = failed delivery, and return charges are yours to pay.
6. Add-ons Policy
- Add-ons (e.g., Gift Wrap, Express Delivery) are optional extra services selected during checkout.
- Add-on fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered (e.g., gift wrapped).
- If an add-on service fails due to our error, we will refund the add-on cost in full.
7. Flash Sale Policy
- Flash sale prices are time-limited. The countdown timer shown is accurate.
- Once the timer ends, the product returns to its regular price.
- Flash sale discounts cannot be combined with promo/coupon codes unless specified.
- We reserve the right to end or modify a flash sale at any time without prior notice.
8. Promo Codes & Coupons
- Each promo code has a minimum order value, expiry date, and usage limit.
- Expired, invalid, or used-up codes will not work — no exceptions.
- One promo code per order. Codes cannot be combined.
- Some coupons may restrict which payment methods can be used.
- Promo discounts are not refundable — if an order is refunded, only the actually paid amount (after promo) is considered.
9. Product Variants — Color, Size & Stock
- Select your color and size carefully before ordering. We cannot change the variant after the order is placed.
- Stock availability is shown per size. Greyed-out sizes are out of stock.
- If a selected variant is unexpectedly out of stock after your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or full refund.
- Product images show all available colors — the displayed image matches the selected color swatch.
10. Order Tracking
- Track your order at any time using your Order ID + Phone Number on the Track Order page.
- Statuses: Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered.
- Once status is "Shipped", contact the courier with the tracking number for exact delivery time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
11. Reviews & Ratings
- Reviews must be honest and based on actual purchase experience.
- Fake, offensive, or defamatory reviews will be removed without notice.
- We do not manipulate or delete genuine negative reviews — your feedback helps us improve.
12. Privacy Policy
- We collect only: Name, Phone, Email (optional), Delivery Address — solely for order processing.
- Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
- Payment details pass through secure gateways and are never stored on our servers.
- We may send order status updates via SMS/messaging apps. No spam.
13. Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to ALL policies above. If you disagree with any rule, please do not order. We may update policies at any time without prior notice. All content, logos, and images are our intellectual property.
